Invited by Embassy of the Republic of Poland, SINO-PhIRDA Executive President Song Ruilin met with Mr. Tadeusz Chomicki (Ambassador of Poland to China) and Polish Ministry of Health Delegation in Beijing on September 20, 2012.

 Ambassador Tadeusz Chomicki first expressed his warm welcome to SINO-PhIRDA leadership and great admiration on the great efforts made by SINO-PhIRDA to enhance the pharmaceutical industry cooperation between Poland and China. The Polish Ministry of Health Delegation representing by Mr. Grzegorz Cessak (President of The Office for Registration of  Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products), Mr. Artur Falek (Director General of the Drug Policy and Pharmacy Department of the Ministry of Health), Mr. Wojciech Matusewicz (President of the Agency for Health Technology Assessment in Poland) and Mr. Juliusz Krzyzanowski (Advisor to the Minister of Health) then made brief overview on Polish pharmaceutical industry and market needs. Participates from the two sides had productive discussion on "drug registration policy in Poland and EU" as well as other topics of common interest. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Boleslaw Kosciukiewicz (Minister Counsellor, Embassy of the Republic of Poland).

 Mr. Chen Changxiong (Standing Deputy Secretary-General, SINO-PhIRDA), Mr. Wang Xin (Director of International Cooperation, SINO-PhIRDA), Mr. Huang Yi (Senior Manager of International Cooperation, SINO-PhIRDA), Mr. Marcin Studenny (Second Secretary, Embassy of the Republic of Poland) and Ms. Shen Suru (Researcher of Economic Section, Embassy of the Republic of Poland) also attended the meeting.
