SINO-PhIRDA delegation consists of Executive President Mr. Song Ruilin, Executive Deputy Secretary-General ChenChangxiong, Deputy Senior Director –International Affairs Wang Xin will visit US for research in New York and Washington D.C. for five days. The purpose of this visit is to do investigation on the development of U.S. pharmaceutical industry and the crucial factors in its development. SINO-PhIRDA delegation will visit American Columbia University, Pfizer, Merck, Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers Association (PhRMA), Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI), U.S. Department of Commerce and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. They will have a deep discussion with the senior officials and managers in these companies and departments.After the visit of US, SINO-PhIRDA delegation will fly to Toronto, Canada to meet with representatives from Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises and then start their business visit in Toronto and Vancouver.
